That day 10 years ago is etched in all our memories.
As we watched and listened in horror and disbelief,
we (our family) forgot to grieve our own personal 9/11.
It was the 5th anniversary and the first time we didn't anticipate the pain.
In fact, we didn't remember until the next day.

ReplyDeleteYes, all you precious friends who spent a morning blowing up balloons that filled the choir loft of the church made her celebration so special. Then the release of the balloons helped us release her. What a wonderful surprise. What wonderful friends!
